Returns and Refund Policy Here at Coffee Monger: We have a two week returns policy. Please contact us for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. Please note: Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. If the item is faulty we will cover shipping charges once we inspect and agree that there is a fault. If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't function properly, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
